Salman Khan Full Movie Tiger 3 Review
The film "Tiger 3" bears the most resemblance to "Tiger Zinda Hai," which is a hostage thriller set in modern-day Iraq and is both a better sequel. Sadly, Tiger and Zoya's diplomatic shenanigans now appear cliched, even with the new film's opening twist: Zoya is conspiring with Pakistani terrorist Aatish Rehman (Emraan Hashmi), a disgruntled former agent, to assassinate her own prime minister.
This time, Tiger's goals are not limited to improving ties between the two nations; they also include protecting his family.
5 Easy Tips to Make Your Video Go Viral
As much corny schwag as a live-action "G.I. Joe" cartoon opens "Tiger 3." At the specific request of Maithili Menon (Revathi), the tough head of India's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) espionage agency, Tiger daringly launches a one-man rescue operation. Tiger completes his seemingly impossible assignment and saves his former RAW supervisor, Gopi Arya (Ranvir Shorey). In reply, shortly before he passes away and just after he and Tiger arrive back in India, Gopi accuses Zoya of being a Pakistani double agent.
Then, there is a flashback to Zoya's earlier years that both clarifies and refutes Gopi's charge. Then comes a mediocre musical number in which Tiger expresses his doubts about Zoya's reliability through song. Thereafter, a great deal more throat-clearing and narrative setup were used to support the conspiracy against his wife and his son Junior (Sartaj Kakkar). Although Salman Khan briefly disguises himself with a shaggy paste-on beard and a red hippie sweatband, there aren't many surprises along the road. Before he argues with his wife, Tiger severely shaves off his facial hair. They then reconcile and decide to work together to foil Rehman.
"Tiger 3" may mark a turning point in the Yash Raj spy film series. Eleven years later, the same mildly endearing, creative committee-adjusted genericism that has come to define Marvel's heart-stopping fast-food cinema ultimately defines these programmed wannabe blockbusters. "Tiger 3" might also be a decent anomaly since, once it reunites Salman and Shah Rukh's blockbuster heroes with Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's characters from "War," whose sequel is now in production, who knows how complicated and/or interesting the series might become.
